Hey guys,
I'm looking for a website where I can open a stock chart and see all the news/events pinned right on the chart.
Stuff like earnings, SEC filings, analyst upgrades, press releases, acquisitions, or any news that could explain why the price moved.
Does anything like this exist? Free or paid, doesn't matter.
