What does breakeven price in options mean?
I have a leap option currently ITM showing a $100 profit. I bought it when stock around $65. Current price is $67.
Among the other option info displayed it says breakeven price is $85.76.
I always thought this is the price my option will turn profitable but I'm already profitable.
EDIT: Thanks all. Most important takeaway from the comments is i still need to do a lot more learning before trading options. That i intend to do.
