BioLineRx and Hemispherian AS to Present Data Demonstrating Strong Synergy of GLIX1 with PARP Inhibitors in HR-Proficient Ovarian Cancers at ESMO 2026

GLIX1 ovarian cancer data just got accepted at ESMO in Madrid this October. AstraZeneca sells 5 billion dollars a year of olaparib. It only works in half of ovarian cancer patients. GLIX1 appears to unlock it for the other half.

They are presenting this data directly in front of AstraZeneca’s business development team in their own backyard.

The addressable market has grown from 3.7 billion dollars to potentially 50 billion plus with the PARP inhibitor synergy story.

Brain cancer trial enrolling at NYU, Northwestern and Moffitt. Pancreatic cancer interim with Regeneron still coming this year. Phase 1 GBM data H1 2027. Earnings August 13th.

Market cap is 15 million dollars.
