Not the numbers, but how management talks. Tone, hesitation, repeated phrases.
Feels like there’s early signal there before the move, but it’s hard to process in real time.
By the time I’ve listened to enough of it, the move is already happening.
Wondering if anyone has a system around this or if it’s just not practical.
