help me to understand what to do I just graduated from uni , orphan , no insurance , no social security or retirement plan

I live in different country from where I was born and work online so no social security , i have saved 31k in these 3 years (my income is low) and now i want to plan how to secure myself in the future since im alone , what kind of stocks i can buy and how much of my savings should i put in stocks , just give me any advice you have if you are old enough
