$SLQT - an actual revenue generating company trading at distressed levels

SLQT might be the most overlooked turnaround play in the entire market

Not financial advice. Just sharing what I’m seeing.

Everyone keeps treating SLQT like it’s headed for bankruptcy while completely ignoring what the business actually looks like today versus 2 years ago.

A few things people are missing:

* Revenue is still MASSIVE (\~$1.5B+ run-rate company)
* Medicare Advantage enrollments are stabilizing
* SelectRx pharmacy segment is growing into a real healthcare-services business
* EBITDA has improved dramatically
* They’ve already been talking about cash flow inflection
* The stock is trading like extinction is guaranteed

Meanwhile:

* market cap is tiny relative to revenue
* short interest remains elevated
* and they’re now hovering back around NYSE compliance territory above $1

People also forget this isn’t just “an insurance lead-gen company” anymore.

The pharmacy side changes the entire story.

If SelectRx works long-term, this becomes:

* recurring revenue,
* higher member retention,
* deeper monetization per customer,
* and potentially a much stickier healthcare platform.

That’s why I think the market is valuing SLQT completely wrong.

At current levels you basically have:

* distressed valuation,
* but not necessarily a distressed operating business anymore.

And if they avoid a reverse split / regain NYSE compliance?
That alone could completely change sentiment.

The craziest part:
companies with worse fundamentals have run 200–500% on simple “survival” narratives.

I’m not saying SLQT is suddenly worth $20.
But trading near penny-stock territory for a company doing over a billion in revenue feels disconnected from reality.

Things I’m watching:

* continued >$1 closes
* debt refi / balance-sheet updates
* Medicare enrollment trends
* SelectRx growth
* possibility of strategic interest or consolidation in the MA brokerage space

Feels like one of those names where:
if the company simply survives and executes decently, the upside could be multiples from here.
