There is always a day when the portafolio starts to fall and it’s not gonna recover anymore

Two months ago my portafolio was up 20%, today I am -10% this is ridiculous. Literally April an may they were great, the market was growing a lot, suddenly there was a day, I don’t remember which one, when nothing in particular happened where the stocks start to drop for no reason. I was waiting, and hoping for a bunch back but no. If I have to compare my last 3 years I didn’t have any growth cause i am on the same level of when I started
