What happens if I deploy a DC on a trending stock ?
By trending I mean , a stocks has moved like 8-10% within a span of a week , it’s a unidirectional movement ( think consecutive greens and red ) ,IV is high for that stock , just wanted to get a perspective on how a DC would play out in this situation, Thanks.
