Everyone’s acting like Hertz filed for bankruptcy again because the chart had one catastrophic day. Fear is at an all-time high, sentiment is in the gutter, and my brokerage app has become a daily horror movie.
Naturally…
I bought the dip.
If it dips again, I’ll consider buying the dip’s dip. If it dips after that, I’ll just stare at my portfolio pretending I’m a long-term value investor.
At this point I’m either going to look like an absolute genius in a year… or become a case study in why diversification exists.
