Genuinely where are we getting the money to waste on these penny stocks??

Basically what the title says, I’ve seen people on this sub dumb 10,20,30K plus into ADTX recently among many other genuine regard stocks and I’m at a loss. I understand yoloing to a certain degree but I’m 21 and the idea of throwing my entire meager net worth into the gaping greedy jaws of the Robinhood money pit makes me dizzy.

EDIT: Yes I understand that
A) I am broke
B) I get that penny stocks are cheap but I’m not surprised when someone buys 10000 shares of ATDX, I’m concerned about the dollar amount.
