It’s time $CREX got some love in my opinion

If you haven’t heard of Creative Realities they are a digital signage and retail media company.

They sell the screens and the software that powers the screens at venues, arenas, stadiums, quick service restaurants like digital menus, move theaters, etc.

They also have an ad tech platform on top of this so locations can opt into having advertising on their screens.

It’s something that AI can help but I don’t see it “disrupting” them because what can it disrupt, the screens still need to be bought, they still need software to run them, there are network efforts.

On top of this, they just acquired Cinemark’s internal version of this called Cineplex Digital Media (CDM). CDM is a Canadian digital signage operation with over 6,000 locations and \~30,000 endpoints, with 60%+ recurring revenue. So they basically doubled the company overnight.

Other vendors that **currently have contracts with:**
\- AMC ($6m deal with 1,200 screens)
\- North Carolina lottery
\- Tennessee Titans
\- Dallas Cowboys
\- 7Eleven
\- lots more I can’t think of off the top of my head

They are trading at a $40m market cap with expecting $100m revenue this year and $20m in ARR.
