Had a position in a pharma stock and a drug pricing bill moved through committee faster than anyone expected. Found out when the underlying already dropped 8%. Did some digging after and realized I had no real system for tracking this stuff. I was basically relying on news alerts after the fact.
Curious how other people handle it. Do you actually monitor congressional activity for your sectors or is everyone just reacting when it’s already too late?
