Binance vs Trust Wallet for long-term staking (10–15 years) – which is actually safer?
I’m planning to invest in crypto for the long term (10–15 years) and want to stake and earn passive income, but I’m really confused about safety.
I’m mainly comparing Binance vs Trust Wallet.
On one side:
Trust Wallet is non-custodial (I control my keys), but I’ve seen many reviews and Reddit posts saying funds “disappear” or get stolen.
Some people say it’s due to scams or user mistakes, but still it’s scary.
On the other side:
Binance is centralized, so they control the funds.
I’ve read about hacks (like the 2019 one) and also issues like locked staking funds or withdrawal restrictions.
There’s also news about legal issues around the company, which makes me unsure for long-term holding.
So I’m confused:
👉 For 10–15 years holding + staking, which is safer?
👉 Are Trust Wallet “fund loss” reviews real or mostly user error/scams?
👉 Is Binance safe enough for long-term or risky due to being centralized?
👉 What do experienced users actually do for long-term crypto storage?
I’m not looking for quick profits, just safe long-term growth.
Would really appreciate honest advice 🙏
