Why is crypto customer support so fucking terrible?

Seriously, I’ve had issues with three different exchanges this year, and every single time it’s been the exact same nightmare. You submit a ticket and immediately get an automated response that clearly didn’t read what you wrote. Then the ticket just sits there for weeks with no updates, no timeline, nothing. If you try the live chat, it’s a useless chatbot that loops you through generic FAQs and can’t handle even the most basic, account-specific problem. In one case, an exchange literally sent me the same copy-paste reply four separate times, word for word, like no human was involved at all. Another platform just straight up ghosted me after the initial response. It honestly feels like once they have your money, support becomes an afterthought. These aren’t edge cases or complicated issues either—just normal problems that should be easy to resolve with a real person. Is there a single platform out there that actually has humans answering support questions and taking responsibility? This shit is beyond exhausting and makes you question how these companies expect users to trust them with their funds.
