Lost too much with day trading, searching for resources on swing trading

Today lost more than 3000€
Just gambling
I trade with ema , support and resistance
When i don’t overtrade/revenge trading i usually do a good job on finding the right market direction
I don’t know where to start with swingtrading, and also don’t no what to trade
