I’m looking at PETS. Buyout offer at 3.00. Currently trading at 1.80. Insiders own 38%. Insitutions own 32%. Under 4% short. If those Fintel numbers are correct. The float of 22 mill is closer to 7 million left for public. I’m in for a starter position in case the buyout goes through. Let me know your thoughts on this one.
Technical side: Weekly HA chart turned from bearish to neutral doji. Day chart went bullish engulfing. Here’s what I’m watching closely though, the 4hr HA chart has popped bullis engulfing, neutral doji, and today with a bearish engulfing. The next ;he candle is a solid one to watch for neutral doji indicating a bullish reversal.
