**First the number that should stop you in your tracks:** Incannex currently holds $75 million cash with absolutely zero debt. Their market cap is only $38 million. They also have an active $20 million share buyback program meaning the company itself is buying back its own stock at these levels. When a company uses its own cash to buy back shares it means one thing — management believes the stock is massively undervalued. You are literally buying $2 worth of cash for $1 before you even factor in two drugs backed by real clinical data. Any serious value investor should be paying attention to this alone.

**The float situation:** Incannex completed a 1:30 reverse split which dramatically reduced the total share count and float. What this means is there are very few shares actually available to trade. The buyback program is shrinking that float even further. When volume and attention return to this stock there are not enough shares to go around. Low float stocks with real catalysts don't move slowly — they explode. The setup is there. It just needs the match.
**Drug #1 — PSX-001 (Psilocybin Anxiety Treatment):** Phase 2 trials showed 83% improvement vs placebo. FDA Fast Track designation already granted. The timing couldn't be better — the White House recently issued an executive order specifically designed to speed up access to psychedelic mental health treatments. The science is working and government policy is pushing in the same direction at the same time. That combination is extremely rare and IXHL is perfectly positioned to benefit from it.
**Drug #2 — IHL-42X (Sleep Apnea Treatment):** Also showed 83% improvement in Phase 2 trials. Just won a MedTech award in 2026. The DReAMzz clinical study officially commenced May 2026. Sleep apnea affects over a billion people worldwide and current treatments are outdated, uncomfortable and largely ineffective. A drug that genuinely works in this space is worth billions. This asset alone could justify the entire current market cap many times over.

**The acquisition angle:** You don't need retail volume for a buyout. Big pharma contacts the board directly, negotiates privately, and the stock halts overnight before anyone sees it coming. Jazz Pharmaceuticals dominates the sleep disorder space and would immediately recognize the value of IHL-42X. Johnson & Johnson already has an approved CNS drug on the market and has historically paid billions to acquire promising early stage mental health assets. With two drugs targeting two completely different markets there are potentially two separate buyers circling.

***The bottom line: Two drugs with 83% Phase 2 success rates. FDA Fast Track. Zero debt. $75 million cash. $20 million active share buyback. A dramatically reduced float from the 1:30 reverse split. Trading at half its cash value. In the most favorable policy environment psychedelics have ever seen. With a billion dollar sleep apnea market waiting on the other side.***
