I have a brokerage with various stocks gifted to me from a grandparent. One of these was GE, which I guess split into GE Aerospace + GE Vernova (GEV) at some point because I have both. I only have 8 shares of GE Aerospace and 4 shares of GEV. I am thinking of selling GE Aerospace to potentially invest more into GEV, as it seems to be skyrocketing recently. From some basic research, it seems GEV equipment is in high demand right now because of AI data centers. But I do not know much about either stock, so I would like some advice, specifically is it worth keeping GE Aerospace and investing more in GEV in the long term (next 3 or more years?)
