Ishares S&P 500 Info Technology: Should I sell and buy a more diversified ETF?

Hi Everyone,

I have been accumulating stocks monthly in the

* iShares S&P 500 Info Technology Sector UCITS ETF
* Ticker: QDVE for the exchange i use.

I only started investing about 2 years ago, so its not a lot, but currently I sit at 11,1k USD.
Where 40,5% is from the recent rally over the last 3 months in the ETF. So around 7,9k USD actually invested.

The ETF has been on a rally, going from 32,5 Euro to 43,6 Euro currently, from April 26 specifically.

And I wonder what the general consensus of a spike like this is.
Does it make sense to just hold and believe there wont be a large pullback, and it will resume normal growth at the current level, or does it make more sense to sell now and then buy an ETF that has a more even spread which in turn gives a lower overall risk?
