CS & Sales couple in Finland with 5k. How do we actually invest and break into startups with zero network?

hey reddit my partner 22M and i 21F are cs students in finland i am on my final year and he is almost graduating and he just landed a sick first line it in quantum computing internship and i am a beast at sales. i was a killer account executive back home making hella money but the finnish job market is dead right now which is the only reason i am not someones top dog here yet.
because we are broke we dont go out so we have zero network. my 22nd birthday is july 26 and i told him no gifts we are putting 1k to 5k of our savings into the market instead. we want to take risks to get ahead.
the internet is flooded with fake AI guru shit and people wanting to sell courses so where do we actually start and what platforms do we use? **what do we invest in? everyone says you should maximize your 20s but they never tell you how.**
also i want to run my own tech company. finland has a huge startup scene but how do we actually get our foot in the door with zero connections?
