Earlier today I was watching SPY push toward a level that had already rejected price twice.
At first it looked strong enough to break through.
Volume picked up, candles looked clean, momentum started building.
I was literally about to enter… but hesitated for a few seconds.
That hesitation probably saved me from a bad trade.
Price pushed slightly higher, stalled almost immediately, then faded back down.
What’s been messing with me lately is how convincing some of these moves look right before they fail.
A few months ago I probably would’ve entered without thinking twice.
Now I feel like I’m second guessing every breakout.
Curious if anyone else has felt that shift recently or if I’m just overthinking entries now.
