Anyone else watching $TDRK jump into gold mining? Arcata Global acquisition and Arizona claim look interesting

I have been looking at some updates from companies that are not listed on the main stock exchange and I found out about Tiderock Companies ($TDRK).

They just announced acquiring Arcata Global, which is a company that helps institutions buy and sell commodities so they can get into mining for gold in the United States and start a plan for critical minerals.

They have also recently got 2 gold claim's in Arizona that are know for quality!

It used to produce about 150 tons of gold at a rate of roughly 0.34 ounces of gold per ton and 0.5 percent copper and this place already has some buildings and equipment.

Tiderock Companies is a company with many different types of businesses and now they are adding gold and other resources to the things they already make, like composite materials.

Has anyone else been keeping up with Tiderock?
