Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’ve hit a bit of a wall, and I’m feeling pretty dumbfounded lately. I’ve spent a significant amount of time and money diving into the crypto world, trying various strategies to turn a profit, but so far, I’ve mostly succeeded in creating a hole in my pocket.
Currently, I find myself "tool-rich but strategy-poor." I’m paying for several high-end subscriptions—I have a **Cielo Whale/Pro subscription** for on-chain tracking and a **Birdeye API** for real-time data—but I’m struggling to translate that raw data into a consistent, profitable system.
**My background:** I’m solid when it comes to **coding and development**. I’m comfortable building scripts and working with APIs, so the technical side isn't the barrier for me. I’ve been considering building a custom sniper bot or a specialized tracker, but the market feels so saturated with MEV bots and high-frequency institutional players that I’m questioning if that’s even the right move anymore.
**My struggle:** I’m tired of just being "exit liquidity" or chasing pings that are already five minutes too late. I want to transition from being a consumer who pays for tools to a developer who builds a system that actually builds up my wallets. It doesn't have to be a "get rich quick" scheme; I’m genuinely just looking for a way to create a steady, positive delta.
**I’m looking for tips, tricks, or a change in perspective:**
* For those of you successfully using Birdeye or Cielo, how do you filter out the noise?
* Is "copy-trading" whales even viable anymore, or should I focus more on liquidity-event sniping?
* Are there specific niches (like Telegram bot dev, niche DEX arbitrage, or specific chain events) where an individual dev still has a fighting chance?
If I manage to build something that actually works based on your suggestions, I’m more than happy to share the results or the code with the community here. I’m just curious about what people are actually using these days to earn money consistently, even if it's small amounts to start with.
I’d love to hear your thoughts or any strategies you’re willing to discuss. I’m ready to stop costing myself money and start building.
Thanks in advance!
