instead of one strong narrative (DeFi, NFTs, L2s, etc.), we now have:

* BTC = macro/ETF/“digital gold” debate
* ETH = steady but quiet ecosystem growth
* Altcoins = isolated, short-lived pumps
* And now even quantum computing risk discussion entering the mainstream

even on Reddit, sentiment feels split, no unified direction, just rotating attention.

is this just a mature market becoming more complex… or a sign that retail conviction is weakening overall?
