Sachem capital is some beat down REIT from the gutters of Connecticut. Typically the volume is low, under half a million for the average daily trading volume up until very recently they put out news.

The wording on the release implies a two dollar value for existing holders at the time of the news shares were at like $1.06 and during premarket I had shares get sold as good as 1.55 👍 The end of the year is a ways away so I know there is time for volatility and perfect for printing and reloading ♻️♻️♻️ if your into that stuff 😎
