Looking over some recent biotech listings and came across $CNXU (Conexeu Sciences, dont know exactly how to pronounce that). IPO'd on NDAQ late last month and did the bell-ringing ceremony on June 10. Their tech is an extracellular matrix platform called CXU. The key product they're testing right now is called "Ten Minute Tissue" which is an injectable that turns into a stable gel at body temperature.
They're going after wound care and facial/body contouring (specifically targeting skin laxity from GLP-1 weight loss, which is a big market right now). One update on their manufacturing scale-up was with their CDMO partners to prepare for a 510 (k) submission to the FDA in early 2027.
My thing is it's still pretty early stage and preclinical but they own all their IP clear with no royalties or licensing fees attached. How fast they can move through the 510 (k) process compared to the larger peers in the tissue reconstruction space?
