Bought to close my 10 Nvidia calls and rolled to 2027, strike from $134 to $150

Hey everyone. Shareholder of Nvidia since January 2016 ($0,74 cost/share; 1100 shares) in my TFSA account (tax free saving account, a registered Canadian account where you don't pay any taxes whatsoever on profits).

Back a few years ago I was selling covered calls on my Nvidia, usually 15-20% higher strike prices expiring in 2-3 weeks. Two years ago Nvidia exploded thanks to AI while I had a contract. Decided to roll it instead of letting it exercise. Did that a few times with an always higher strike price. Eventually had to sell a two years till expiry contract for $134 expiring December 2026.

On Friday I rolled it for a $150 strike expiring December 2027. From now on, until I eventually catch back (or never) the price, this is an almost guaranteed +10-12% a year bond-like position with a good cushion against a big drop of the share price.

TFSA is now valued at $375 000 Canadian dollars (assuming the $150 price is exercised), still have $40k contribution room left
