How much size or $$ to put on for 0DTE option trade to avoid getting hunted down?

My account size has been growing into the millions trading 0DTE cash settled options such as SPX, NDX. I do this by essentially full port in and a mental stop loss to cut it when I only have 20% left. I only buy options.

My question is for 0DTE, how much quantity or premiums should I place for each order to avoid getting spotted and hunted down by others?

If my size for each order is too big, for example, I buy way OTM options that require huge quantity in order for portfolio $$ to buy (since these have little premium), I get easily spotted in volume.

Same thing for premiums, there are days where I feel extremely confident on the win rate and do full port in, but I am unsure how much premiums to put on for each order to avoid getting spotted or hunted.

So the question is there a rule of thumb or way to minimize getting hunted down by smart guys or ppl with a loud megaphone on social media?

How do I "blend in" since there are so many trades happening every second?

Basically, I want to avoid being too obvious and get spotted by very simple filtering such as by quantity or by large premiums by unusual order flow scanners.

I am reminded of Captain Condor and all the available order flow info, especially for index options.
