What do you guys think about the theory of an AI-bubble?

I watched the diary of a CEO where Jeremy Grantham argued that we are experiencing an AI-bubble right now which will eventually burst. Looking at the graphs of 10 years for most of the tech companies right now I realized it kind of makes sense as they are experiencing the same surge as many companies did during 2020 and COVID-19. Maybe there is more money to be actually made from AI, but non the less these bubbles have previously been created around great ideas that stick around such as the internet and railways, and the results were still that these companies became overvalued. If there is any truth to this it should definitely be taken into account when investing right now. What do you think?
