There are so many constructions in my area now. Schools, apartments and road constructions everywhere. I guess the construction industry is booming.
I imagine there are many data centers are being built all over the country right now.
What construction related stocks are good to invest in? Caterpillar looks like a solid company, but is the stock price now too high with PE =46?
What about Vulcan Materials Company?
Do these companies have good "moat"?
Also, is there a construction industry ETF that worth investing?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Edit: btw, I wonder how much the construction industry will suffer when/if interest rate goes up?
