Hey guys,
I am always looking for potential plays that'll make me a rich mfer and this one looks like it *could* be the next sick move. I sit on my screener like a nerd and try to find these gems. This could be a gem.. or a turd but I think it's worthy of discussion. OBVIOUSLY we are hammering LFVN as we should. This is just a "put it on the watchlist and let's come back to it after we print money next week."
Here's what makes this stand out for me:
1. Major share buyback in April.. 28% of shares bought back
2. Public float is just 5.3m shares
3. SI sitting around 3.3-3.4m
4. Short float in the 60% range
5. Borrow rate is 15.75% - high relatively speaking
6. 200k shares available to short right now
7. Ratio of shorts relative to total float has risen sharply over the past month or so
8. DTC sitting over 5 days
7. PT at $10-$11 and it's trading at $5.09 as of Friday close
Some random info:
Volatility with the bottom line was a result of realized digital assets and is not expected moving forward.
FRMM is an emerging player in the tokenization of real world assets. It is backed by aggressive capital mgmt. Institutional validation on the rise.
FRMM's model is vertically integrated origin-to-distribution. Tuning high value flowing assets into digital tokens. I won't pretend I totally understand what they are doing but the numbers make sense. I also don't really give a rip about LFVNs products or mlm scheme.. but the numbers make sense.
FRMM port inludes AI Chip bridge financing. So it participates in financing packages backed by NVDA GPUs. We all know getting in bed with anything AI related is probably a good move these days. Especially if it includes NVDA. People love that shit.
FRMM is creating an enterprise the yields great return on tech without taking on the equity tech valuation risk.
Happy to hear from you guys what you think and if you would argue against this being one with great potential. I jumped on some calls with sept expiry but once LFVN finishes up I may go a little heavier in it. I was early on LFVN and it's paying dividends (no pun intended). I'm not talking full port but I think even if this doesn't proper squeeze it is still a worthy stock to make a really good return on.
