About the Iran deal

This is the beginning of a new chapter in the Middle East crisis.

And it's too early to judge but it can be time to speculate on what happens in the global markets come hell or highwater - that somewhere in the middle of 60 days or at the end, the Trump administration and the Iranians fail to reach a lasting agreement and all hell breaks loose.

Does anyone else feel like it's the final desperate diplomatic push by the Trump administration to force Iran into compliance without a massive economic cost that can happen if the Strait of Hormuz remains blocked - like the bursting of the AI bubble for example?

And a massive cost to the American stock market which I imagine that Trump being Trump, he doesn't want it to happen under his watch.

The main question is if we can expect that oil will flow normally in the ensuing meantime but then war breaks out again at the very end, and the economic toll becomes worse, do you have any predictions, both good and bad, for the American stock market, or specific sectors and companies?

For some reason I feel that this "deal" will end badly.
