Do we stand before a value investing opportinity (Vinci - DG)?

So, using the Gordon formula to calculate the Intrisic Value (IV) of Vinci (DG), I came across a share price that is half what my assumptions — as a long-term investor — calculate.

This is for a long-term horizon (10+ years).
