Trimmed my thought on investing

I know it but it was very hard to get down to this to bottom of my heart

Every investor wants the stock to go up right after buying it.

But honestly, have you ever seen a company actually work like that?

A company doesn’t suddenly explode in sales the moment new people join.

R&D doesn’t magically turn into results overnight.

Real growth usually comes after years of trial and error, customer relationships, product improvement, and execution.

Most good companies don’t grow because something suddenly happened.

They grow because a lot of boring work kept compounding in the background.

But for some reason, when it comes to stocks, people look at it completely differently.

In business, we all understand that progress takes time.

But after buying a stock, we suddenly expect the market to reward us immediately.

That’s probably where a lot of frustration comes from.

A business is a compounding game.

A stock price is an expectations game.

So maybe the real question isn’t just, “Is this a good company?”

It’s also:

“Is the market already pricing in that growth?”

and

“Can I actually wait long enough for the business to prove it?”
