I've only shared 3 companies that I'm invested in since starting to post on Reddit, here's an update for everyone who likes a solid rebound play.
I have mentioned a few times on here about the small cap company Goldstone Resources and their potential if they can sort out their production costs while the gold price is high. I got lucky on this one as the share price has increased for factors outside of my prediction. While their revenue was significantly higher this year, their costs of expansion has meant a loss that I didn't predict. But what they're doing has caught the eye of an investor who has offered the company an investment for shares at 1p a piece (which was double the share price at the time) this has sent the shares up 30-40% since my last recommendation at what I believed to be bargain levels.
My second prediction was for Celebrus Technologies. A company who's earnings report is upcoming and what I believe to have suffered a complete over reaction to their change of accounting methods. The share is up around 14% over the last week and I have increased my holding since. This is a value play because they are a debt free business, paying a dividend and has an active share buyback scheme. They've suffered a massive drop from their previous highs and I believe the levels we are seeing here could show signs of a big recovery next week.
My third recommendation and my most heavily invested now, is Brightstar Lottery. This is undoubtedly a bargain in my eyes. They provide the technology behind some of the biggest lotteries world wide and suffered a big drop this year due to a large license fee and poor jackpot environment for Q1. Now we are at a point that their start to Q3 has been literally the best ever for a quarter and the yet the share is still lingering near its 52 week lows. Despite major new contracts and extensions being announced, what I believe to be a secure 8% dividend and also they are actively repurchasing shares at these low prices.
Check them out. I'll update again with another a not so humble brag if I turn out to be right on either of the others. If I'm wrong I'll post my losses I guess?
