I built a website where cryptocurrencies compete like live sports teams

For the past few months I’ve been experimenting with a different way to visualize crypto markets.

Most platforms present crypto data using traditional charts, candles and trading interfaces. That works well for traders, but I kept wondering if there was a more entertaining and intuitive way for regular people to follow market movement in real time.

That idea eventually became CriptoVersus.

The concept is simple: cryptocurrencies compete against each other in live “matches” using real market performance as the engine behind the scoreboard.

Examples:

* BTC vs ETH
* SOL vs AVAX
* DOGE vs SHIB

Instead of just displaying percentages, the platform transforms volatility into:

* live scoreboards
* momentum swings
* attack/defense dynamics
* match history
* rankings
* hot streaks
* arena-style presentation

The score changes dynamically during the match according to real market movement. Some matches become extremely chaotic when volatility spikes, while others turn into slow tactical battles between assets with similar behavior.

One of the most interesting parts during development was realizing how naturally people understand market movement when it’s presented as a competition instead of only raw financial data.

I’m also experimenting with:

* AI-generated visuals
* automated narration
* social automation
* historical performance pages
* gamified financial storytelling

This is still an evolving project and I’m continuously refining the idea, but the platform is already running live 24/7.

I’d genuinely like feedback from people interested in crypto, market psychology, gamification or alternative data visualization.
