three GLOO insiders including the former intel ceo all bought stock on the same exact day. whats the story here?

was going through form 4 filings and GLOO stood out. on july 10 three separate insiders bought in on the same day:

the ceo, around $7m

another insider, about $4m

pat gelsinger, yeah the guy who used to run intel, hes their exec chair now, another $1m

whats weird is the stock has been getting crushed, down like 63% from its highs near $8 to under $3. so these guys are buying millions into a chart thats been falling for months. its a faith based tech / church software company, not a name that comes up here much. i dont know the catalyst but when the ceo and a former intel ceo load up seven figures on the same day into a beaten down name it makes me want to dig. anyone have a read on this?
