Currently my only market experience over the past few years has been buy/hold strategies. I have recently decided to look into running options or other things as I have more free time to watch the market during the day at my current job. I began dabbling a little bit these last 3 months using 20% of my portfolio and have seen a lotta swings from it as you can see in the image, as I don't know exactly what I'm doing. Any advice on good strategies, things to look for, or jumping off points would be greatly appreciated.
