$SBEV just seems to be at the support level, just needs one small boost

SBEV had a big announcement and then proceeded to dump 35% of its value. It has been hanging on with support around $0.16 it has all the safeguards not in threat of being delisted anytime soon and it has some serious volatility. My question is why can't this get to $0.50 and hold in the newr future? The announcement suggests they are expanding their market, a 20 year license is no small feat. The only thing missing is the right kind of volume. Thoughts?
