VisionWave Holdings ($VWAV) Has announced a deal to acquire a 51% controlling stake in Meteor Aerospace, an Israeli defense company, at a $40 million pre-money valuation!
The deal is still subject to closing conditions including flight testing of one of Meteor’s UAVs, but if you saw the recent development over the last month, you know how it’ll go!
They also made their international debut at Eurosatory 2026 in Paris, showcasing their VARAN autonomous ground system and some drone platforms.
