Crypto seems to react very quickly to political headlines lately.
Not trying to make a bullish or bearish call here.
I’m more interested in process.
When a major political headline hits crypto, do you actually trade the reaction?
If yes, what needs to happen before it becomes a valid setup?
For example:
\- volume confirmation
\- open interest change
\- liquidity sweep
\- breakout + retest
\- funding reset
\- no trade unless it fits an existing system
Personally, I think headlines can create volatility, but they don’t create edge by themselves.
Curious how others here handle this.
