There were 50M shares of $PATH block traded after hours today. That is massive - over half a billion dollars worth of PATH exchanging hands after-hours.
To put this in perspective, ~50M shares is over 7% of the company.
These were block trades, so it didn't move the share price, but it moved ownership.
This could be signaling a few different things:

\- Massive company buybacks
\- Share accumulation for a buyout
Either way, none of it seems bearish to me 👀
