I've had some luck selling vertical spreads by using the Saty phase oscillator. Basically the entry signal is when the oscillator finishes a compression cycle then rises above distribution or falls below accumulation and then leaves distribution or accumulation. Right now I wait for the price to then cross the 21-day (middle line) ema in the Pivot Ribbon to enter but I'm thinking it might be better to wait for the pivot ribbon to completely flip and have an arrow appear to confirm the trend. I'm thinking the exit signal would be when the ribbon flips the other way or when i've reached 50% of max profit.
Has anyone done anything like this. I've had some very modest success with this but i think the entry process might need some refinement.
ETA: I focus on 0dte. i watch the 1-day, 1-minute chart on tradingview to use these indicators.
