RSA, or reverse split arbitrage, is a niche strategy where you look for companies doing reverse splits and check whether brokers will round fractional shares up into full shares. The goal isn’t really to bet on the stock going up — it’s to use the corporate action and broker rounding rules to create upside from a tiny position. Not every setup works, so the edge comes from knowing which filings, brokers, ratios, and deadlines actually matter.
I've been in RSA (reverse split arbitrage) for around 1-2 years now, and despite everyone saying RSA is "dead," it really isn't. After doing my own research on reverse splits and understanding the language behind what will cause a round-up vs. not, I'm realizing RSA is just as good as it was years ago.
I started an RSA server on discord with daily calls. Just last Thursday, we have over 6 buyable reverse splits with profits potentially totaling up to $32 in just one day. Utilizing just ONE account across 2-3 brokerages nets you $100+/m.
