I bought MTTR in Aug ‘24 when it was trading <$4, well below CoStar’s acquisition price despite the deal having been announced. Turned out to be a winning trade, but I thought it would have closed by now. Return is solid but has been mostly sideways for past few months which is dragging down the trade’s IRR. First world problems, I know, but since the deal is a mix of cash and stock I’d like it to fully close so I can redeploy into something with more upside.
