SpaceX Wireless Push Gets Wilder: Analyst Says T-Mobile Could Be the Target

SpaceX’s Starlink mobile story just got a lot spicier. Investor’s Business Daily reports that a TD Cowen analyst thinks SpaceX could eventually acquire a U.S. wireless carrier, with T-Mobile viewed as the most likely target. That would turn Starlink from a rural internet and satellite-to-phone story into a direct assault on the U.S. wireless market. If Elon wants spectrum, subscribers, and distribution overnight, buying the network may be faster than building one from scratch.
