I’m long on QCOM for 8 years now. Watching what Cristiano Amon has done with Qualcomm has been great. So many shrewd moves and partnerships.
In the Internet forum tech world, they have this evil legacy rent seeking patent troll reputation that is confusing when looking at the direction they are going the last 5 years.
Are people just lazy and don’t see how collaborative and open they are compared to other massive tech companies?
June 24th will be another inflection point. The market seems to be realizing this and next week will likely be a run up.
Still, I don’t understand the Qualcomm hate. Is it vestigial? Is there a direction that they are going in that at all warrants this mistrust?
