SpaceX race just got a serious new contender

NASA has selected Relativity Space to build and launch a new Mars orbiter mission called **Aeolus**, a major win for the rocket startup that former Google CEO Eric Schmidt took control of in 2025.

The mission's goal is to provide the first **daily global weather monitoring of Mars**, tracking dust storms, winds, temperatures, and other atmospheric conditions. The data would help NASA plan future robotic and human missions to the planet more safely.

I mention they havent built a rocket yet!
