The underwriter has changed the deadline to request to buy shares to June 10, 2026 at 4 PM ET.
This is my first time participating in an IPO, so I'm still learning how the process works. I received this alert today, and while I knew the date was set for the 10th, I wasn't sure if there was a specific cutoff time, such as 4:00 PM.
At the moment, my order still shows as pending, and I can see that I have the option to edit the price range. My only remaining question is whether I can modify the order to purchase additional shares. If I increase the number of shares requested, would that move me to the back of the allocation line and potentially reduce my chances of receiving IPO shares? Or would my original place in line remain unchanged, with any additional shares simply being filled once the stock begins trading on the open market? max share price is 162 I have a few hundred I put in enough for 3 shares nothing big but still wanted to see what happens. if it goes above 162 because I have enough to buy 3 shares will it then just take from what ever I have left to purchase what it can? Or do I have to make sure I edit the price above the max share price?
