The world is burning, but my daily chart is bullish.

Am I the only one who thinks this is all just completely absurd lately?
Same madness every morning: You open the news and basically just see geopolitical meltdown, crumbling infrastructure, bureaucratic insanity, war here, war there, and politicians lining their pockets. Basically just this feeling that we're collectively driving straight into a brick wall.
And what do we do? Switch tabs to TradingView, dutifully filter out the apocalypse on the daily chart, and look for the next setup. Civilization feels like it's burning, but hey, as long as the risk management is on point.
I've been in the game for a long time now, seen quite a few things crash, but this massive contradiction right now is honestly on another level. It's somehow total nihilism, but inside the portfolio, it's forced-therapy optimism.
You read all day about the world blowing up in our faces, then you mindlessly log into IBKR and slam your cash into the market for the future, as if we're all going to be living in some badass Star Trek utopia in 30 years. Ultimately, we're going long on a future that, outside the stock market, we don't even really believe in anymore. Sorry, but I just had to get that off my chest.
Serious question for you guys: How do you actually block this out in your daily lives?
